Patti began her professional career in nursing in 2006 as an ICU nurse in Oklahoma. In 2010, Patti began serving in the non-profit industry as the Director of Education and Development for Southwest Transplant Alliance in Dallas, Texas. As a CPTD she is certified in talent development, helping organizations in the areas of leadership development, coaching, change management, performance improvement, instructional design and training delivery. Patti is also a certified speaking coach and keynote speaker. She currently serves as a Regeneration Step-group leader and Community Group Shepherd at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas.
Patti is passionate about education, training and development and enjoys engaging people in meaningful opportunities in order to foster Christ-centered personal and professional growth.
Patti obtained her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and Chemistry from Texas Woman’s University and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma.
